After having explained all the responsibilities, they asked me if I was afraid to take the position.
If I hadn’t been afraid, that would mean one of two things - either I didn’t have a clue what I was accepting, or the challenge was too small for me.
I didn’t want a role where I’d be confident and easy-going. I wanted a serious challenge.
