David B. Grinberg 🇺🇸, I appreciate you posting this really valuable series of articles. It's a very important topic that more of us, especially C-Suite managers, should (re)consider.

Although we all 'play our C-suite role' in some system, be that organization like a business, family or just a relationship. And we all have to start considering our responsibility (also for dealing with ‘monster managers’ of all sorts).
