First, if some company owns my genes/genetic data, they as the owner are the ones to decide to make a copy/clone of me and claim that subject as their property?!?

Second, my DNA is my ‘signature’ and I can get prosecuted based on that evidence, but some company can be the owner of my ‘signature’ ?!?

How is this (still) questionable?
