Great comment. I just realized it reading about the average guys and Ryan - I think it’s because they don’t have to compete, they don’t have to show how ‘awesome’ they are. They just… are.

I’ve seen that in the corporate hierarchy. The ones at tge very top were so honest, simple, and calm, not needing to compete with anyone. I realized, it’s not a rule, but more of an exception, seeing sociopathic top managers in other corporations.
