I believe this is for a reason. We recall bad times more often, because they are our opportunities to solve and grow.
We need bad times to solve issues and good times to comfort us and act as a counteract for balance.
Avoiding bad times means running away from problems instead of seeking solutions.
I, too, have experienced some very bad times in my life. I didn’t want any of it to happen, but I learned a valuable lesson in any of them. And I wouldn’t want to erase any of them.
The most valuable lessons in life are always the hardest, most painful ones we can resolve without ego.
