Hackers spot the holes that are the result of low quality. They are harmful for the individual subject(s), but beneficial for the system. If not, the system would have eliminated them as systemic threat.

They’re like predators in the animal world. Those prey on the weak, but help the system remain healthy and functional.

They eliminate anomalies and help improve the system’s overall wellbeing.

Why have aligators and sharks survived for millenia? Because they are Natures correctional mechanism that helps maintain the fitness of the system through the ‘Natural selection’.

Do they want to attack the best and the most promissing animals or the weakly? Same pattern as why did Aborigines used to kill their elders when migrating. Cruelty and lack of respect?

Does that make any sense?
