I tested that. When you stop eating processed or unhealthy and toxic food, you stop producing bad smell. For a week I wanted to see how much smell would I produce if I don’t shower after my morning run. Nothing. And I made sure to sweat a lot. But it wasn’t a week of healthy foods but months of detoxifying my body (first).
It also made me come to a conclusion that using (strong or a lot of) perfume means we want to hide our natural smell. Which is a side effect of our habits. I smelled nice during that week. My wife confirmed.
