I'm thinking about this, and it feels bothersome to transfer energy from one system to another.

Considering balance, I don't find that easy. Everything in the universe seems to strive towards maintaining balance. In a way, you need to give energy to get energy. Essentially, the energy is not spent or destroyed, but it only changes form.

Which would mean that we live in a kind of a 'full glass of energy' ecosystem. How do you bring in more energy? Can you acumulate more energy than the 'glass can cary'?

What are your thoughts and perspective on this?
