It’s always something we all have to through. Some learn only from teaching, and some learn valuable life lessons, too.

Life is not fair and it’s better to learn that as soon as possible. Those hard lessons are the best gift for the life.

I don’t want to undermine your perspective; I understand it. I (still) fight my ‘overprotective father’ tendencies.
