I realized that love is not the most powerful force in the universe. Life challenges and negative experiences are the driving force.

But, if perceived from enough distance, one can see that love is actually the counterweight to challenges. According to the principle of duality, neither can exist without the other one.
Like with electricity, there is none without both, negative and positive pole, in perfect balance.
