It’s what makes you accept more challenges, your confidence grow, and your creativity shine.
See? Money is not the most important factor and biggest benefit.
When you make less money (especially in worse environments), you have to solve more challenges that you add to your ‘skills and experience toolbelt’. When you make more money, you can still solve challenges, but usually there are less challenges in organisations that can afford to pay you good money.
More(/harder) challenges, more experience, and usually more added value to the organisation to want (to keep) you on fair terms.
