LoL, I clicked on your article because this intriguing question, which instantly provoked a new one:
“Which is easier to do?”
I know that’s arguable, but I don’t want to sit that much, it’s my job. Which could mean that doing exercise is easier.
Anyway, I once had a slightly similar question: “Is running [or any intentional exercise] required for us to maintain our health?”
And I came up with a conclusion that it’s not.
Long story short - the less dietary and other health-related mistakes I make, the less running I need.
It reminds me of ‘hail marys’ - no sins, no hailmarys required. 🙃
