My concern was with supplementing B12 with food supplements. Many of the deficient micro-nutrients cannot be sufficiently supplemented if not introduced in its biodynamic form.
Which means that most isolated or ‘syntetic’ supplements create more imbalances we are just not aware of.
For example, (here’s a goldnugget for you to pick on, research, and write if you havent’t found it yet) according to thalassotherapy and Rene Quinton, sea water plasma has some very interesting effects on human body, but cannot be just supplemented with water and/or sea salt.
Seek the Quinton experiment with a dog. ;)
