Thanks for the comment. Reading it, I just remembered a phrase from my poker friend.
Regarding the selling/trading your data and on whose account the value is created - money is made by sheep shearing. If you can’t spot the sheep at the table, you are the sheep.
I believe this is exactly the difference between anonymised and personally identifiable data.
