That depends, on the character of an individual.
Some people came out extremely strong and successful after a traumatic childhood. And that should not be completely disregarded.
However, as I wrote, that largely depends on the character.
Here's my perspective: 'You Are the Creator of Reality'
Not good for mental heatlth, in short-term, I agree. But, it can be vital for a rock-solid confidence, in long-term, when you build it.
But again, it depends on how you label it.
