That’s a good one. I love it. I figured that out when I started running.
I started running up-the-hill. Huge stress for my cardiovascular system.
I had to be very careful and support my body with as little tradhy food as possible.
But it all paid out. I have never been a fan of recreation and sports. But at my 50, at my work health-check, doctor was 100% sire I had a history as a professional athlete. Extremely slow resting heart rate.
It can be done, but you have to listen to your body very carefully, and ‘pull all the right strings.’
