This one just made me think about it. There is no such thing as free lunch.

You can grow with that if you want to. But it's on you to decide, whether her 'unloading' is bad or good for you. If you care to share your perspective, you will also recognize hers. One thing is to help her find solutions, another is to keep that solution for yourself.
